Originally from Northern Italy, I studied architecture at the University of Venice, then switched to fashion design. For many years I worked as a fashion designer for United Colors of Benetton and travelled the world.

Upon moving to California, I began exploring its woodlands, deserts and coastal areas – the fascination with these beautiful landscapes led me to enroll in the Garden Design program at UC Berkeley, while working full-time at Sloat Garden Center in Marin County.

After graduating from Berkeley and with management experience at Sloat, I started my own business based in Point Richmond, California: Good Garden Design.
